Cardioboxing

I struggle to be consistent with my exercise routines.  This isn’t new and it most certainly isn’t a secret, and it’s something that happens to a lot of us. I’ve been the queen of excuses and justifications, and I was laughing out loud at myself the other day, while reading this post by my friend Lorraine.

As I mentioned recently, I started Cardioboxing a few months ago and I must admit I’m kind of hooked. Biscayne Boxing & Fitness is great, I love the energy and the commitment of the trainers and everyone else in the classes.

My school schedule this semester doesn’t let me go as often as I’d like, but I’ve been trying to make it to at least two classes a week. I’ve been feeling full of energy and generally a lot better with just that much. It really helps me to stick to a program when I find something like this that I really enjoy!

Meli that’s great! You will soon find yourself wanting more every time until it becomes your lifestyle. I know from experience! ;-)

I have to confess that I’ve only been committed twice in my life to an exercise routine and one of them was thanks to Meli. Wish I could go with you!
