Blogger Spotlight: The Soap That Saves

{Find out more about MeSoap here}

I recently signed up for LovingEco, where I was introduced to these new & earth-friendly soaps. They immediately turned into my first purchase.

I’m sure most of you are familiar with the TOMS shoes donation model: “with every pair you purchase, TOMS will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need.”  Well, in a similar way, MeSoap donates a bar of soap to a child in need for every bar of soap that we buy.

This is such a simple yet wonderful concept.  What’s even better, MeSoaps are 85% organic, artisan soaps and they come in 5 amazing scents (I purchased the 3 pictured above).

In addition to smelling great, these handmade soaps are 100% natural, vegan, not tested on animals, made with organic oils and ingredients, and contain no man-made chemicals or synthetics.

Check out the MeSoap store on Amazon, and let’s contribute however we can to make this world of ours a better place.

PS. The blog  shares some eye-opening data on how something so little can make such a big impact. It also lets you keep up with the company’s progress.

A Majestic Getaway

I spent this past labor day weekend in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, with five of my closest friends and my sister.  The trip was my official Bachelorette getaway, which we had been planning for several months.

I’m pretty confident I speak for all of us when I say we had an amazing time.  We definitely made the most of our long weekend escape.

To the group of 6 amazing ladies who came on the trip: THANK YOU so much for making this weekend so fun and memorable!
