Grape Truffles

I recently bumped into this simple appetizer idea and I had been waiting for the perfect excuse to try it out.

A few of my friends came over to watch the Oscars this past Sunday, and it was the perfect excuse.  I love that these are so quick to make, and offer the right combination of salty, sweet, and slight crunch.

For my version, I used black pepper goat cheese to coat the (seedless) grapes. It was delicious and definitely added a spicy kick.
