Surely you’ve heard of Matt, the guy who was paid to travel dance around the world for years. Well, he recently came out with a new video, and for the first time Venezuela made the cut (above dancing the Meneito)!

I really like how this time around he’s dancing to the local rhythms and learning from each place he visits, instead of doing the same silly dance over and over…

Check out the video below for Metric’s new single “Youth Without Youth,” from their new album Synthetica.

I’m looking forward to hearing it live at Lolla!

One Happy Island

To me Aruba, in a nutshell, is about white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, delicious pina coladas and breathtaking sunsets.

We recently spent Memorial Day weekend on the island, and while it was very tempting to lay out all day on the beach, we made a point to go site-seeing.  Below are some photos, if you’d like to see…

*Palm Beach*

*Baby Beach*

*The California lighthouse, on the island’s northwest tip*

*The Natural Bridge (ruins)*

*Bushiribana Gold Mine Ruins*

The highlight of our trip was dinner at The Flying Fishbone. It’s such a romantic restaurant and the first time we’ve ever had dinner with our feet in the water!

Musical Mondays

Here are some of my favorite moments from the Roger Waters concert this past Friday. The Wall Tour is by far one of the best shows I’ve ever been to…

See my concert photos here.
